Vince Vance hosted a "Louisiana Legends" fundraiser for the  LMHOF at New Orleans' Rock'n'Bowl, July 3rd, 2011. The show was also a Birthday tribute to LMHOF members Pete Fountain (July 3rd) and Louis Armstrong (July 4th) and a tribute to America on her Birthday. Performers included LMHOF members Al "Carnival Time' Johnson, Eddie Powers, Rockin' Dopsie Jr, Tim Laughlin - playing for Pete Fountain, Kid Merv - playing for Louis Armstrong and Johnny Blancher.
